Billing & Subscriptions

For billing questions, subscription changes, or refund requests, email us at the address above with “Billing” in the subject line. You can also manage your subscription directly from your account settings.

Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Team → Billing and click “Cancel subscription.” You'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at ticketsforge@gmail.com with the subject “Account Deletion” and we'll process your request within 48 hours.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds within 7 days of your initial subscription or any renewal if you're not satisfied. Email us with your team name and we'll process it promptly.

How do I revoke GitHub access?

Go to GitHub → Settings → Applications → Authorized OAuth Apps and revoke forge's access. Your forge account will still work, but tickets won't have codebase context.
